LEGAL & COPYRIGHTS

The buyer “owns” a domain name by having purchased (“registered”) it from a domain name registrar — a company like Network Solutions, GoDaddy, or Register.com. No certificate or title comes with it; registration is more like the book entry system in which your stock ownership is recorded on your broker’s books. The ownership registry for domain names is known as the WHOIS database, and is maintained in a database shared among all of the many domain name registrars. So far, so good — domains are an unusual kind of property, but there is a system for recording ownership.

Terms and Conditions

Return/Refund Policy: This is a purchase of a virtual asset. All sales are final. There are no refunds and by making a purchase with us online or over the phone, you agree to these terms.

Your new domain name will be transferred directly to your GoDaddy account within 21 days of your request via GoDaddy, per the provided instructions. Most transfers only take between 5 and 10 business days to complete, but I allow up to 21 days just in case there are any technical issues along the way.

Just to completely clarify, we are not in the domain squatting business. Please see the actual definition below. We invest in digital assets, which include domains, that are available for purchase.

What Is the Difference Between Domain Squatting and Domain Investing?

The main difference between domain squatting and domain investing lies in the intent. Domain squatting aims to prevent others from purchasing the domain, while domain investing involves buying undervalued domains and reselling them at a higher price based on market demand and trends.
